Dr. Tiwari is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a co-founder of Midwest Breast & Aesthetic Surgery. With more than 10 years of experience, he specializes in breast reconstruction with advanced microsurgical techniques as well as the treatment of lymphedema.
Ergun Kocak, MD
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Ergun Kocak is a board-certified plastic surgeon with fellowship training in microvascular reconstruction. He specializes in advanced reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery, microsurgical breast reconstruction, and body contouring, attracting patients from across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and beyond.
Santosh Kale, MD, MBA

Dr. Santosh Kale is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon specializing in breast reconstruction (implant and tissue-based), aesthetic breast surgery, body contouring, general reconstruction, lymphedema, and gender-affirming surgeries.
Nirvana Saraswat, MD
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Saraswat is a board-certified general surgeon and board-eligible plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced fellowship training in microsurgery. He specializes in complex reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, including breast reconstruction after cancer, soft tissue reconstruction following trauma or oncologic surgery, and lymphedema treatment.
